First, I really wish I took a better picture when I made these pickled green tomatoes. I had no idea they would taste so good! It was an experiment that I decided to make with my last remaining green tomatoes; which I had a lot of! I’m an advocate for zero food waste and a food experimenter so I went for it. Besides my Zaida was a superb pickle maker so I feel like I have it in my blood. Well these turned out amazing. They are sweet, and tangy and make any sandwich pop.
