Parsley Salad Dressing

Every time a recipe calls for a few sprigs of parsley I need to buy this humungous amount of it because that’s how they sell it.  A lot of the time I don’t use it all and it drives me nuts since I’m so against food waste. I was determined this time to use all of the parsley. Here is a beautiful dressing that came out of it.
