Therefore, this Nice Cream recipe could be a tasty solution to a problem!
This recipe acts as a great dairy-free alternative to ice cream! With so many delicious flavours to satisfy your sweet tooth. Nice cream is also filled with a lot of nutritious ingredients, so you are able to fully enjoy and indulge in this dessert!

Ingredients:
• 1 to 1 1/4 cups (250 to 310 mL) almond milk, as needed
• 1/4 cup (40 g) packed avocado
• 1 large frozen banana, broken into chunks*
• 1 tablespoon (12 g) chia seeds
• 1 heaping tablespoon (12 g) hemp hearts
• 1 scoop (25 g or 1/4 cup) unflavoured protein powder (optional)**
• 2 teaspoons (10 mL) almond butter
• 1 to 2 pitted Medjool dates, to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste
• 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 ice cubes, or as desired
Directions:
To begin, add 1 cup (250 mL) of almond milk into a high-speed blender, then next the rest of your ingredients. Blend until everything is smooth. If needed, add more milk to get the blender going. Lastly, pour everything into a bowl, and add your desired toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
