Fruit Bake Recipe

Feel like fruity dessert tonight? Try out this delicious fruit bake recipe!
When I was younger, my dad loved to make stewed apples or rhubarb to pair with ice cream for dessert. It was good, but as a kid, I wasn’t very appreciative of the ‘fruit for the dessert’ concept! Anyway, now that I’m a little older I love to experiment with fruit in the kitchen, especially working it into my after-dinner treats. This fruit bake is a great way to conquer dessert! It helps get to you your daily fruit intake while adhering to that sweet tooth craving!
The best thing about recipes like this is the ability to change it up. Instead of using pineapples, you can add in peaches or berries! In addition, switch up some of those apples with a pear. This fruit bake allows you to use what you have in the kitchen. And we encourage you to be creative!
I really love having my fruit bake as a dessert and topping it with fresh whipped cream. However, this recipe also allows you to have it in the morning, or maybe as a snack throughout the day with some greek yogurt and granola. We recommend checking out all the granolas we offer that will go perfectly with the fruit. My personal favourite is our Simply Sweet because it adds a great crunch!
