Want to try out a new deliciously chocolate recipe? Make this Chocolate Granola mousse Bowl, and have some dessert for breakfast!
With only four simple ingredients and steps, you’ll have this mousse ready in no time! This recipe makes a healthy and fluffy chocolate mousse that will fit perfectly in your morning routine.
Here at Urban Hippie, we love to try out all kinds of recipes. We focus on making enticing meals that also help to incorporate a little bit of health into your lifestyle. This chocolate mousse blends together the flavours of banana, cocoa powder, and peanut butter to make a light and rich bowl.
The upside of making your own chocolate mousse at home is that you get to control how you want it to taste. For instance, if you want a stronger chocolate taste, we recommend adding in a little more cocoa powder or mixing in some chocolate chips.
I personally love having my Chocolate Granola Mousse Bowl with freshly cut strawberries and some Urban Hippie granola. The berries add a refreshing sweetness while the granola makes for the perfect crunch. As a result, these flavours mix wonderfully into the blended chocolate mousse!
We recommend sprinkling some of our Urban Hippie Tahitian Vanilla Coconut granola on top of your chocolate mousse. This will add a little bit of crunch into that creamy texture. The coconut granola works great with the chocolate flavours that change up your regular granola and yogurt routine!
With the use of almond milk, this recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan!
We hope you enjoy!
