Full of nutrients, chia seeds are perfect to sprinkle on top of your yogurt, toss in your smoothie, top off your salad, or what I love to do… make chia jam! If you enjoy incorporating jam in your daily breakfast routine, this chia jam recipe is a delight. Swap out the usual plain old strawberry jam for this fruity, fibre packed chia jam.

This includes adding all your favourite seeds and berries to your liking. For example, I love spreading this chia jam on my morning toast with peanut butter, or even my pancakes sometimes! In other words, it really works with everything just like regular jam!
