Say good morning with a smile! This recipe combines ingredients like apples, peanut butter, granola, and dried cranberries all into one delicious wrap.
Along with it being super simple to make, our breakfast wrap is also vegan and dairy-free! Which can be usually hard to obtain for morning meals, especially wraps!
At Urban Hippie we love to try new things in the kitchen. Breakfast can be one of those meals that many people tend to miss. We all get caught up in our busy lives, and often don’t have the time to sit down in the morning. The wrap is perfect for on the go munching. You can even prepare the ingredients the night before, so all you have to do is throw it into a wrap before you head out!
I personally love the mix of sweet and savoury flavours, especially in the morning. You’ll be getting a great protein source from the peanut butter, and a fruit serving from the apple. In addition, I personally love sprinkling pumpkin and flax seeds into my wrap helping to boost my morning nutrition. The seeds stick right onto the peanut butter spread, helping everything say together!
